La Estrella Adult Daycare had a 3 strike PDA policy that not being followed. Look at the photos above. This non-compliance they own policies causes numerous of unreported are ignored sexual harassment episodes. As a client, I sat there and watched the employees do nothing as this PDA rule has been constantly broken. There are some clients that prefer not to be touched but because of the non-compliance other PDA policy they are being violated and molested by clients.
This notification has procedures for complaints. However, the director don't like complaints are says that clients complain too much. If a client complains too much then it's obvious that these employees don't want to do their jobs. Sometimes the obvious looks you right in the face, and to this day vulnerable female clients continue to be violated.
